INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
Hotel Eclipse, located at 491 57 Street between 58 and 60, Colonia Centro, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, zip code 97000, is responsible for the processing of personal data provided to us, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 15, 16 and 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, for which the Hotel is obliged to comply with sufficient measures to protect those personal data collected.
Personal data obtained:
It is necessary to collect personal data to carry out the services offered by the hotel and to make reservations, quotes and room agreements to provide good service in case of future reservations.
1. Identification: name(s), surname(s), telephone number, e-mail address, age, gender, company name if applicable, RFC in case of requiring invoice.
2. Physical location: home address, tax address; dates of reservation and/or stay.
3. Authentication: autograph signature of the client.
4. Patrimonial: key account number or bank card for payment processing, in reservation and/or settlement of the services offered.
Sensitive personal data:
Sensitive personal data are considered those data that affect the most intimate sphere of its holder or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or lead to a serious risk for the holder. In particular, data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preferences are considered sensitive. The Eclipse Hotel does not collect sensitive personal data, in case you require a service or a particular product for which you provide this data, the Eclipse Hotel will use them only to provide such service and meet your specific needs.
In case of health emergencies the hotel, in terms of applicable regulations, will collect data relating to your health status for the sole purpose of achieving health protection for you.
The data collected by Hotel Eclipse will have the following purposes:
-They are necessary for the existence and fulfillment of the legal obligation contracted for the provision of the service:
-Recording and processing for the correct rendering of the service, such as, room reservation, check-in (check-in), check-out (check-out), promotions or diverse products.
-Issuance of payment vouchers and/or invoicing.
-Customer Service Management: refunds, cancellations, clarifications, data updates.
Hotel Santa Maria may use the personal information you provide to us to offer you a better service and, where appropriate, to identify your preferences during your stay and make it more pleasant
Data transfers:
Your personal data may not be transferred within and outside the country, nor processed by persons external to this company. We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to make this transfer under the terms set forth in that law.
Options and means to exercise your ARCO rights:
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) of personal data, for this, you can prepare free writing and then you must send it to the email gerencia.hoteleclipsemerida@gmail.com or submit it directly to the offices located in the street 57 number 491 between 58 and 60, Colonia Centro, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, zip code 97000, in a schedule from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs. You may also exercise them through the National Transparency Platform.
Your request must be made by you or your legal representative through a written request (free writing), containing I) your name and address or means to receive the response to your request; II) documentation proving your identity or that of your legal representative; III) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise your right; and IV) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. In the event that the request does not meet any of the above requirements, Eclipse Hotel, may require you within 5 days of receipt of the request to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have 10 working days to respond to the requirement, in case of not responding within this period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.
The deadlines for attention, unless the applicable regulations indicate otherwise, will be a maximum of 20 days from the date on which the request is received to inform you of the determination made, so that, if appropriate, you can make the same effective within 15 days after the issuance of the response.
In order to protect your confidentiality, Eclipse Hotel will send the response to your request to the e-mail address you have provided for that purpose and will keep it available to the applicant at the address indicated in the preceding paragraph.
Revocation of Consent for the Use of your Personal Data.
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data or limit its use, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations, by submitting your request via email to gerencia.hoteleclipsemerida@gmail.com or at our offices located at Calle 57 number 491 between 58 and 60, Colonia Centro, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, zip code 97000 between 09:00 and 17:00 hours.
The requirements to identify yourself, as well as the procedure to attend your request will be the same as established in the ARCO rights section.
Changes to the Privacy Notice
Hotel Eclipse reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Notice at the time it deems appropriate, so that such updates or modifications may be consulted through the portal https://www.hoteleclipsemerida.com.mx and in the offices of the company, where the latest version governing the processing of personal data provided will always be in sight.
